This giveaway is sponsored by Front Row Stream Media, operating as Front Row Stream (“Sponsor”), 500 SW 116th Ave, Portland, OR 97225. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by My Chemical Romance, The Used, Thrice, the Hollywood Bowl, Dream Hollywood, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and none of them is affiliated with it.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family, and members of their households are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

The giveaway begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends October 25, 2026 at 11:59PM PT.

There are two ways to enter. Both give the same chance of winning.

1. Raffle ticket purchase: Visit frontrowstream.com/giveaways and purchase one or more raffle tickets for $25 each by following the on-screen instructions. Each ticket is one (1) entry.
2. Share to enter: Visit frontrowstream.com/giveaways and use the share button to share the giveaway with a friend by any method you choose.

Entries made by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void, as are entries from fake or duplicate accounts and spam shares. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries. Entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. Shares made on social platforms must comply with that platform's terms. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social platform, and entrants release those platforms from any liability related to the giveaway. Public shares that earn an entry should disclose that the post is part of a giveaway (for example, #giveaway).

The Grand Prize consists of:

• Four (4) pit tickets to My Chemical Romance at the Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles, CA, for either the October 30, 2026 show (with The Used) or the October 31, 2026 show (with Thrice), at the winner's choice
• Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations at Dream Hollywood
• Ground transportation to and from the show

Flights and other travel to and from Los Angeles are NOT included. Meals, incidentals, taxes or resort fees not specified, parking, gratuities, and all other expenses are the winner's responsibility. Approximate retail value: $5,200.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 26, 2026 at 12:00PM PT, conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. Sponsor is not required to make more than two (2) notification attempts.

The winner must (a) confirm eligibility and age with valid government ID, (b) sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 48 hours if requested, and (c) be able to travel on the dates of the selected show. All guests must be 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult, and must follow venue entry rules, including ID checks, bag policies, and conduct requirements.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are offered, except by Sponsor in the event of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Tickets will be delivered electronically or held at will-call, in the manner determined by the venue and ticketing provider, and are subject to their terms. Sponsor is not responsible if a show is rescheduled, cancelled, or changed, if artists or opening acts change, or if the venue changes any terms or policies. If a show is cancelled, Sponsor's sole obligation is to offer the other show date if available / other remedy. Hotel stays are subject to the hotel's policies, including a valid ID and credit card for incidentals. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

100% of raffle ticket purchases will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital after the giveaway ends. Sponsor will publish the total at frontrowstream.com/giveaways by 11/15/2026. St. Jude is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse, this giveaway. Raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable / refundable only if the giveaway is cancelled and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions to St. Jude.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts the giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and draw from eligible entries received before the problem.

By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents, and the artists, venue, hotel, and ticketing providers, from any claims arising from participation or the prize, including injury, loss, or damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays or any unforeseen events.

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes the winner's consent to the use of their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Information collected is used to administer the giveaway and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell entrants' information.

These rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
